These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PoshAIPA website located at poshaipa.com ("the Site"), operated by Clive Marshall, a sole trader registered in England ("we", "us", "our").

• Digital products and services: As permitted under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, the right to cancel may be lost. You will be informed of this before purchase.
• Subscriptions: You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for the remaining period.
• Refund requests: If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at cm@clivemarshall.com within 14 days of purchase. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

10. Limitation of Liability
